Re-Purposed Rugby Ball

I have a few rugby balls that either will not hold air any more or are so slick that we never use them at practice. Many end up becoming toys for dogs of friends and family. I remember turning a basketball into a mask for a project in middle school and was trying to think of what else I could do with a rugby ball.

The end result was a handbag! A few ideas for adjustments keep popping up. I have one friend who has requested a bag from a special ball made for our college alma mater. Will see what the future holds!

Craft Idea

I was just recently in Hannibal, MO for a sisters weekend. I am always looking for new ideas for craft project or inspiration for new projects. We save wine corks in our house to use for future projects and we found this idea in the Wine Stoppe while we were out enjoying the Historical Downtown Hannibal. Great way to dress up an inexpensive clock and re-use old corks. Also, a neat wine bottle holder if you have an old guitar (or other instrument) and want to re-purpose it.
